I am a wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner, and Certified Holistic Life Coach who is passionate about helping people navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

With more than 20 years of experience owning and operating my own real estate firm, I bring a unique combination of professional experience, personal insight, compassion, and real-world understanding to my coaching practice.

While I work with clients of all ages and genders, I specialize in supporting women over 50 as they navigate life's changing circumstances. My coaching services include The Seventh Season™, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Wellness Over 50, and Grief Coaching, with a particular understanding of the challenges and transitions that can accompany midlife, including menopause.

My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from my professional background, entrepreneurial experience, and personal life journey, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, supported, and encouraged to move forward in ways that align with who they are and the life they want to create.
