I am a wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner, and certified holistic life coach who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. 

After more than 20 years of owning and operating a successful real estate brokerage, I bring a unique blend of professional experience, personal insight, compassion, and real-world understanding to my coaching work.

While I work with clients of all ages and genders, I specialize in supporting women over 50 as they move through seasons of change, growth, healing, and rediscovery. My coaching services include holistic life coaching, midlife transition coaching, grief coaching, and wellness coaching for women over 50 including menopause support.

My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from my diverse professional background, entrepreneurial experience, and life journey, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, encouraged, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with who they are and the life they want to build.
