• Breathwork – Intentional breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help bring focus and clarity.

• Meditation – Quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness, allowing space for insight, reflection, and emotional balance.

• Journaling – Writing thoughts, experiences, and reflections to deepen self-awareness, track growth, and process emotions.
